Treat someone to a complete gastronomic experience with the Gastronomic Menu, designed to savour Seville from above. The menu begins with a selection of three individual starters: garlic prawn salad with quail's egg and fried shrimp, tuna tartare (loin) with yuzu vinaigrette and salmon roe, and homemade foie gras prepared in our kitchen, accompanied by toast and apple and tomato jams. Next, diners choose their main course from several options: sliced tuna (tarantelo) with tomato concassé and EVOO, beef chateaubriand with chips and Padrón peppers, Iberian pork with fried yuca, artichoke and green mojo sauce, or a juicy beef burger (200 g of meat minced by hand by our chef) with cheese, bacon, fried egg, fresh vegetables and brioche bread made in our own kitchen. The evening ends with a tasting of homemade desserts – cheesecake, grandma's cake and tocino de cielo – which puts the perfect sweet finishing touch to this offer. An ideal gift voucher for those who want to enjoy a different kind of dinner with panoramic views of the city.
